Why don't I get the verification code on my phone when withdrawing?

You may not receive the verification code due to block rules of local operators. We suggest contacting your local operators.

If you still can't get the verification code, please contact us for manual verification and close mobile number verification function. Both email and 2FA can protect your account well enough. We will process the request within 1 weekday and get back to you via email.

Pleas send the following materials to support@moonxbt.com if you need manual verification:

1 Your UID( UID can be found in your profile)

2 The mobile number that needs to be deleted

3 Take a photo of you with right hand holding the ID card and left hand holding a paper( containing the mobile number that needs to be deleted and the application date)

My UID is xxxxxx. My mobile number xxxxxx is invalid. Therefore, I would like to close mobile number verification function upon the receipt of this email.
