How can I check the status of my withdrawal? Can I cancel my withdrawal?

You can check the status in the withdrawal tab history. If it shows ''Processing/Frozen'', it means that the request is still under process. If it shows ''Success'', it means the request has been successfully withdrawn.
Make sure that you enter the correct wallet address. Certain currencies require to fill in the Memo/Tag when depositing. Otherwise, the digital assets will be lost as your wallet address cannot be detected.
Once you confirm the withdrawal, MoonXBT will process it immediately. Cancellation is not allowed since blockchain transfer is irreversible.
