Why can’t I receive the email from MoonXBT?

If you can’t receive the email from us, please try to add MoonXBT email as a whitelist address.

Take Outlook as an example and follow the instruction:

1 Click the settings icon on the top right corner and click “View all Outlook settings”

2 Then click “Mail”>”Junk email”>”Add” under safe senders and domain. Enter the address: service@moonxbt.com and save.

3 To ensure you can receive MoonXBT official event information, preferential benefits, and other information, please add the following addresses to your email whitelist.

service_op@moonxbt.com

assistance_op@moonxbt.com

customerservice_op@moonxbt.com

support@moonxbt.com

If you still can’t receive the email, please contact us at support@moonxbt.com.
