2. Third-party wallet maintenance/upgrade, for which MoonXBT resumes the service as soon as the third party wallet completes its maintenance/upgrade. The specific time will be subjected to the actual situation.

Why does a wallet need maintenance/upgrade?

To keep the funds/assets secure, wallets usually undergo upgrades for optimization. During the maintenance, technical bugs are being repaired to ensure the safety of your funds/assets.

2. Project's security concerns (Deposit/withdrawal suspension/delayed)

New features are being added, and potential risks are anticipated due to technical bugs. Therefore, deposits and withdrawals are temporarily suspended to avoid your account being compromised, which may result in losing control over your assets.

3. Specific cryptocurrency will be delisted (Deposit suspension)

After delisting, that crypto will not be tradable in MoonXBT. To protect and ensure the sustainability of the industry, it is recommended that users withdraw their assets as soon as possible. Once we have totally delisted the specific cryptocurrency, you can no longer withdraw your assets in the future.

4. "T+1" limit on OTC365 (Withdrawal suspension/delayed)

MoonXBT has added a "T+1" cryptocurrency withdrawal limit to the OTC365 VND deposit function to improve the security of our users' fund accounts.

The "T+1" cryptocurrency withdrawal function means that after a user deposits using OTC365 VND, users cannot perform internal, external, and OTC withdrawals of any currency for 24 hours. The system automatically lifts the restriction after 24 hours.

5. Wallet node adjustment (Withdrawal suspension/delayed)

The wallet node is still adjusting. Delays are due to blockchain traffic that happens when a lot of traders transact at the same time.
